About Us

SUAD was established in 2004 as a Full Service Architecture, Interiors and Planning Design Firm.  It's conception was developed with the experience that includes Hospitality projects for hotel spaces, restaurants, nightclubs, corporate interiors and retail stores, as well as residential interior spaces.  Current work includes multi-family residential developments of new construction and Adaptive Re-Use.   A particularly sensitive integration of artistic treatments and innovative applications is the trademark of the firm. Ongoing collaboration with clients, artisans and craftsmen give each of the firm's projects extraordinary individualism, marked with a depth of texture, light and form. Custom‐designed furniture and interior architectural elements are also of importance to the design approach. SUAD works closely with expert craftsmen to manufacture these pieces. Seating, lighting, floor and ceiling applications are often the custom product of the seamless collaboration between architect and artisan.
